Artificial intelligence supports us with research, text drafts and routine tasks. It does not replace our editorial work. Our colleagues review, take responsibility for and approve every text before it leaves the agency.
In creative work and strategy in particular, AI cannot and should not replace people. What counts here is the experience, instinct and communications expertise of our colleagues. We deliberately invest the time AI saves us on routine tasks in creative ideas, strategic consulting and direct dialogue with our clients.
We use only approved AI systems. Where the EU AI Act or the AI guideline of the German Council for Public Relations (DRPR) provides for visible labeling, for example for chatbots, synthetic image and video content, or texts of public interest without editorial review, we disclose it.
For speeches, guest articles and bylined pieces in particular, the author is always accountable for content, stance and factual accuracy, together with us as the service provider. The software is not. We follow the editorial principles of the respective publication and agree on any use of AI with it in advance.
