Months ahead of the event, we partnered with seven content creators and equipped them with official Royal Enfield press bikes. On the ground, our team managed their itineraries, coordinated their festival schedules, and arranged custom photo shoots to capture high energy content throughout the weekend.
The standout moment of the festival was the anniversary ride out. To honor the one hundred and twenty fifth year of the brand, nearly fifty Royal Enfield riders set off together on a scenic one hundred and twenty five kilometer route through the Alps. The creators we brought along joined the pack on their press bikes, documenting every turn of the ride across their personal channels.
The brand presence remained high off the road as well. The Royal Enfield stand offered free custom tattoos featuring brand artwork, while a dedicated custom bike and vintage area drew constant crowds. Test rides booked out almost immediately, while the Royal Enfield HNTR 350 Slow Races challenged riders on precision rather than raw speed. Anyone needing a break could drop into the custom lounge space.
We also put a sharp emphasis on custom motorcycle culture. Two modified Royal Enfield builds entered the festival custom bike competition, with the Interceptor 650 Beach Cruiser build by W and B Custombikes taking home the coveted Best in Show public vote.
Our campaign did not stop when the final festival night wrapped up. Following the event, we gathered all published posts, stories, and video content to measure the total reach and engagement of the creator team.
Three days, seven creators, and hundreds of miles logged on Royal Enfield motorcycles proved how seamless brand experience, creator management, and social content become when a brand chooses to participate in a culture rather than just sponsor it.
