On World Running Day 2023, ASICS reveals how the power of words combined with movement can promote mental health, inspiring women across Europe to exercise for their well-being.

Our Approach

Together with Julia Engelmann and musician Auntie Flo, we created a musical poem for body and mind. Based on research findings, inspired by the community. We are managing international media relations, activating talent to maximise reach and engagement in lifestyle media and on social media.

Outcome

  • 25 clippings, including in Brigitte, Stern, Glamour, Women's Health (60 % above target)
  • 8.8 million reach in two months
  • Over 27,000 Spotify streams (240 % above target)
